Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our hospitality services and offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers professionally, address queries, and provide information about our facilities, packages, and promotions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our hospitality venues for a personalized experience.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our hospitality services, packages, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Acumen: Previous experience in telesales or customer service with a strong sales-oriented approach.
- Customer-Focused: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
